If you’d like to file a complaint about a matter other than mentioned in the form, please choose the type “Other” and provide additional information on the case that you think contradicts our policies. 

You can also consult the Asucom Customer Team in case of noticing any activity that may fall under the cases mentioned above.

• Your complaint will be evaluated, prioritized and acted on where appropriate.

• You may not receive updates on the progress of your case or its status

• The team will get in touch with you in case of the need on further clarification on the matter

• We reserve the right to use your complaint to substantiate the abuse to our customer when necessary.

• The reports submitted via the abuse reporting form will be processed within 24 hours.
